Dear Sir/Madam, payments-api-testbi@ic.af user aware of the service contract acquired on a subscription to the [PREENCHER] Premium Plan. Our Plans work in a subscription format with automatic renewal. We charge either monthly, annually or quarterly according to the type of plan acquired by the customer. The subscription service in the total amount of BRL was first charged on the card on [PREENCHER]. payments-api-testbi@ic.af is using the chargeback dispute on the transaction charged on because they did not cancel the subscription before the automatic renewal and according to our contract and terms & conditions, and because of that they are not entitled to a refund. Regarding the chargeback dispute with reason code , we provide below all evidence necessary to show that payments-api-testbi@ic.af authorized to use their card for this purchase. We request the release of the amount, remembering that the user payments-api-testbi@ic.af user is fully aware of the purchase and renewal term. payments-api-testbi@ic.af user purchased the plan using the IP address [PREENCHER] which matches prior connections of that user, strengthening the connection between buyer and user. Every customer with an active subscription is notified about the purchase, terms and conditions and renewal according to the documents shown on page 7. Because they did not cancel their subscription the renewal happened as scheduled.
