Direito do Trabalho I é uma disciplina que aborda as normas e princípios que regem as relações de trabalho. Durante as aulas, os alunos aprendem sobre a legislação trabalhista, os direitos e deveres dos trabalhadores e empregadores, as formas de contratação, as modalidades de trabalho, as jornadas de trabalho, as férias, o salário e a rescisão do contrato de trabalho. A disciplina é importante para estudantes de Direito que desejam atuar na área trabalhista, bem como para profissionais de Recursos Humanos e empresários que precisam conhecer as leis trabalhistas para garantir o cumprimento das normas e evitar processos judiciais.
