Ergonomia

Ergonomia é a disciplina que estuda a relação entre o ser humano e o ambiente de trabalho, com o objetivo de adequar as condições de trabalho às características físicas e psicológicas do trabalhador. Durante as aulas, os alunos aprendem sobre postura, movimentação de cargas, iluminação, ruído, temperatura, entre outros fatores que podem afetar a saúde e o desempenho do trabalhador. A disciplina é importante para profissionais da área de saúde e segurança do trabalho, engenheiros, arquitetos e outros profissionais que atuam na concepção e adequação de ambientes de trabalho saudáveis e seguros.
