* The applicable portion of the 'Overall Total' above will be billed upfront, any product overages will be billed in arrears, based on the Growth Planning section above. 
However, all consulting services and/or support will be billed on an upfront basis, regardless of billing frequency.
* Bucket of Active Users will reset every 12 months after Agreement Effective Date listed above; e.g. Active Users do not roll over from one agreement term into the next.

DP Analytics
This Order Form replaces all prior Order Forms entered into between Customer and Localytics. From and after the Agreement Effective Date, all prior Order Forms will be of no 
further force or effect.
For pricing clarity, it is agreed as follows with regard to the above pricing:
The maximum number of aggregate DPs available throughout the Agreement Term (as to each service offering) may be used throughout any months of the Agreement Term. The 
MAX number of DPs listed is an aggregate amount throughout the Agreement Term. It does not reset each month. In the event that the maximum number of aggregate DPs is 
exceeded during the Agreement Term, beginning from the month in which it is exceeded, excess charges will be due. In any subsequent months in the Agreement Term, all DPs will 
be deemed excess and charged. Charges for overage DPs will be based on the rates indicated in the Growth Planning section of this order form. All such overages will be billed 
monthly in arrears. By way of illustration, using the 1,800 mil figure above: If DPs during each of the first 5 months are 400 mil, in month 5, there would be an DP overage of 200 
mil. This would be charged at the Additional Million Price tier in the Growth Planning section, multiplied by 200. If in month 6, there were another 400 mil DPs, this would be
